Vineyard Notes
This vineyard is located 1.68 miles from Good Harbor Bay with a max of 1,020 feet above sea level. With this vineyard facing south, the cold air drains from north to south and eventually to the west.
Production Notes
The fruit comes from two vineyards that can wait until the end of harvest because of how clean the fruit remained. The wine then went through a long and slow fermentation.
Food Pairing Notes
A dry Riesling will be perfect with fish, seafood and white meat dishes.

I'm very picky about my wines and this is one of my very favorite Dry Rieslings! It's very crisp and fruit forward. I like it on any day that ends with "y"!!

This is my "go to" wine that literally pairs with anything. I've also found that it stay consistently delicious every year that it's bottled!
