With 35 years of experience in grape growing and wine making, the team at Good Harbor decided to offer vineyard management as well as custom crush services to clients to allow them to begin or to continue to grow their existing businesses. Custom Wine Making & Processing

In addition to our vineyard management company, we offer custom crush with an experienced wine making team. We have a variety of options ranging from hands on, one-on-one wine making and consulting with our wine maker and assistant wine maker, to custom orders that will be produced to your specifications and ready for pick up or delivery within a reasonable time table. Our custom crush facility has the capability to produce high quality white wines, red wines, sparkling wines, and hard ciders in addition to offering cork, screw cap, crown cap, as well as cork and wire hood closures on bottles. We can also package still wine, sparkling wine and hard ciders into kegs. Mobile Bottling Services

We like to say that we offer every service from grape to glass, but in order to get the wine into your glass, you first need to get it from the tank or barrel to a bottle.  Starting in January 2019, Harbor Hill Services will offer custom bottling services on our mobile bottling line.  We will be contracting with wineries to travel around the state and offer this new service to wineries in Michigan.  If you have questions about the bottling line capabilities, pricing, and schedule, please email info@harborhillmi.com.
