Albariño has origins in Northwest Spain and Portugal. It is believed to be a descendant of Riesling, which is why we decided to plant and grow it in our cool climate growing region. This wine has aromas of apricot, orange blossom, lemon, and green apple. It is crisp, and refreshing with excellent minerality and an aromatic finish.

NOSE: Dry in style this Albariño is bursting with aromas of apricot, orange blossom, lemon, and green apple.

PALATE: An explosion of citrus fills your palate.  The mouthfeel is full with a medium finish.  The crisp balanced acid makes this wine enjoyable to consume with or without food.

I tried Alberino for the first time a couple weeks ago and had to add it to my stock. Yummy!
