Craving Some Bubbles? Introducing Our New Select Cuvée

Crafted entirely from Pinot Meunier using the Charmat method, this sparkling wine embodies the essence of dark fruit notes and lively effervescence. It's a distinct choice for aficionados of bubbly, adding a sophisticated flair to any occasion. As a less commonly used varietal for sparkling wines, our Head Winemaker, Drew Perry, found the process of creating this wine to be both a unique and exhilarating venture. With the festive season approaching, this sparkling wine is poised to enhance your celebrations, making each moment exceptionally memorable.

Fan-Favorite Returns: Celebrating the Unoaked Chardonnay

This fall, we're also bringing back a crowd-pleaser that's been a hit with our club members— the Unoaked Chardonnay. Winemaker Drew Perry has crafted a version of this classic varietal that defies expectations. Stripped of oak influence, this Chardonnay is all about letting the fruit shine. Expect pure, clean notes of melon, pear, and citrus that make your taste buds dance. It's a perfect representation of Michigan's cool-climate winemaking. This crisp and refreshing white wine pairs beautifully with a wide array of dishes, making it a versatile addition to your wine collection. Whether you're hosting a dinner party or enjoying a quiet evening at home, the Unoaked Chardonnay is a reliable go-to that never disappoints. So, as you explore our new releases, don't forget to revisit this fan favorite that continues to win hearts.

Spotlight on the 2022 Merlot: A Unique Bordeaux Experience

The 2022 Merlot offers a fresh take on a classic Bordeaux varietal. Grown and produced in Northern Michigan, this Merlot is a departure from the heavy, robust styles of the West Coast. Instead, it boasts a light and lively profile with balanced acidity that complements a wide range of dishes. Think roasted chicken with herbs, grilled salmon, or a hearty vegetable stew. Its subtle notes of red fruit and gentle tannins also complement lighter fare like salads with goat cheese or even a simple margherita pizza. This unique Bordeaux experience is all about elegance and versatility, making it a wine lover's dream. Perfect for those who appreciate subtlety in their reds, this Merlot is approachable yet sophisticated. Its aging potential also adds an element of intrigue, as it promises to evolve beautifully over time. Whether you're pairing it with a weeknight meal or saving it for a special occasion, this Merlot is sure to impress.
